This tray was inspired by living in Bucharest, Romania. Driving through rural Romania, one is overwhelmed by the beauty and diversity of the architecture. This tray is perfect for serving Tuica (brandy made from fermented plums) and Zacusca (fabulous spread made from eggplant or roast peppers). If you happen to be out of these items, you can serve white wine and cheese and crackers!!!! Currently this tray is on display at the Wheaton Art Parade Gallery through July 25, 2021.
